Well I just got my furnace tuned up for the winter.
They had to replace the flame sensor, pressure switch, and a 1/2" pipe union.
The previous company that serviced my furnace installed it in the wrong place and the switch melted Yikes!!! He found two gas leaks, one on the hot water heater and one on the main gas pipe leading to my furnace.
He also had to adjust the gas pressure as it was low
WIMPLIFE: Cool this morning +6 C partly cloudy
I think I am going to pick up a water pressure gauge at home depot to check my home water pressure. They say it should be between 50 to 70 PSI ideally. If you have to high a pressure it could lead to burst pipes in the home. The washer and dryer connector lines are one of the weak spots
